Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FdeFlow, including the website, waitlist, pre-launch materials, and any current or future platform features.

By accessing FdeFlow or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or service.

FdeFlow is currently in coming-soon and pre-launch mode. Product descriptions, features, pricing, launch dates, discounts, and availability may change before general release.

Founding member offers, discounts, or waitlist positions are promotional and may be subject to eligibility rules, timing, payment availability, and final launch terms.

When account access becomes available, you are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and controlling activity under your workspace.

If you invite team members, you are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions and for ensuring your team complies with these Terms.

You may not use FdeFlow to violate laws, infringe rights, upload harmful code, interfere with the service, scrape or reverse engineer restricted parts of the platform, misrepresent content ownership, or generate deceptive, abusive, illegal, or harmful content.

You are responsible for the videos, scripts, metadata, prompts, thumbnails, voiceovers, and other content you create, upload, approve, schedule, or publish through FdeFlow.

FdeFlow may help you use AI tools for research, scripts, thumbnails, voiceovers, metadata, quality checks, and related creator workflows. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and you are responsible for reviewing it before use.

If FdeFlow supports bring-your-own-key integrations, you are responsible for your third-party provider accounts, API keys, usage charges, rate limits, terms, and policies. FdeFlow is not responsible for charges from providers you connect.

Third-party services such as YouTube, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Stability AI, Stripe, hosting providers, and analytics providers are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

You are responsible for complying with YouTube policies, copyright rules, advertising rules, disclosure rules, community guidelines, and any other platform requirements that apply to your channel or content.

FdeFlow does not guarantee views, subscribers, revenue, ranking, retention, monetization approval, upload acceptance, or any other platform outcome.

Paid plans, subscriptions, credits, add-ons, and billing features are not fully launched yet. Final pricing, plan limits, billing intervals, discounts, taxes, refunds, and cancellation terms should be confirmed before accepting payments.

When payment processing becomes available, payments may be handled by a third-party provider such as Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges for the plan or add-on you choose.

FdeFlow and its software, brand, interface, workflows, designs, and documentation are owned by FdeFlow or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you provide to FdeFlow, subject to the rights you grant us to operate, improve, secure, and provide the service. You must have the rights needed for any content you submit or publish.

FdeFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

You should independently review legal, financial, medical, regulated, sponsored, or otherwise sensitive content before publication.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FdeFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost revenue, lost goodwill, platform penalties, or business interruption.

If liability cannot be excluded, FdeFlow liability will be limited to the amount you paid to FdeFlow for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim, or USD $100 if no payment was made.

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of FdeFlow. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service, or used the platform in a harmful or unlawful way.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
